I have found that talking 1:1 with folks who're trying to understand e.g. their sale numbers worked pretty well, like who are the biggest revenue generators and over what period. Conditional formatting in Google Sheet! Haven't figured out how to make this scalable though.

We've been finding success in working with non-technical teams to identify the data they need ongoing, then we build it, and then we teach them to update and analyze it themselves. It takes time, but once they are up and running, they can do it themselves and just come back with questions. Thanks!
